It's been a while since I've done some drawing. I seem to have a heavy hand lately when shading, so the arm and his sleeve aren't as smooth as I would like them to be. I guess I gotta get the hang of shading lightly again.

I've shaded the rest of the neck and started on his sleeve and arm. I'm still not done with the shading because I'm working all over the place instead of sticking to one spot like I used to. It's also hard to see what I'm doing. The sunlight from my window doesn't seem bright enough to see the details with. Maybe it's time to invest on an OTT light?

I had to scan this sideways because the entire sheet doesn't fit my scanner (the pad's quite big!). Somehow the scan turned out kinda dark and a grid line across his face is showing. The line is absolutely invisible when you look at the real drawing, but I guess the scanner's picking up some shadows.
